Ron Houston-Builder

Ron Houston grew up in Oregon and has been involved in the construction industry since 1974. He began by working for a quality custom homebuilder driving heavy machinery for excavation and foundation work. He soon expanded his construction experience to framing, trim, and cabinets. He later moved to Texas with his wife and 4 small children and has been remodeling and building homes here since 1984. He currently lives in Arlington with his wife, Nancy. He also has four boys who graduated from Arlington High School and are now married living in the area.

Ron uses his broad range of skills and experience to focus on the development of each project, both during design and construction. His time is dedicated to meeting with each client and to monitoring the schedule, the budget, and the quality of each project.

Aaron Houston-Construction Manager

Aaron Houston, Ron’s oldest son, was born in Oregon but grew up here in Arlington, Texas, and graduated from Stephen F. Austin University. He moved back to Oregon after graduation and worked for 7 years as a homebuilder there, even building his own first home. He also reconnected with his kindergarten sweetheart and soon got married. Aaron’s broad construction knowledge, learned while working in his father’s homebuilding business and on his own, has proven to be a great resource in meeting the variety of challenges faced in custom remodeling. Aaron lives in Arlington with his wife, Nicole, and their son, Titus.

As construction manager, Aaron supervises all subcontractors and oversees the daily construction activities on all projects.

Janis Baker-Office Manager

Janis Baker has lived in Arlington, Texas, most of her life, attending school here through high school and graduating from UT Arlington with a math degree. She has worked in the professional field with Boeing in Seattle, Washington, and as a secondary math teacher at a private school here in Arlington. She lives in Arlington with her husband, David, and has 3 grown children.

As office manager, Janis is responsible for organizing and entering client information, tracking expenses and payments for all projects, assisting with accounting and financial services, and project coordinator.
